Multi Skilled Engineer - Thetford<br />Salary: £52,275.00 per annum<br />Shift Pattern: Continental Shifts (4 on, 4 off – Days &amp; Nights)<br />TXM Recruit is currently recruiting for three Multi Skilled Engineers to join a leading food manufacturing business at its facility in Thetford.<br />As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining the site's production equipment, providing both reactive and planned maintenance. You'll be responsible for supporting production targets, and contributing to the site's ongoing engineering strategy.<br />Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance to ensure all equipment is safe, reliable, and production ready.
• Respond quickly and effectively to equipment breakdowns
• Perform both reactive and proactive mechanical and electrical maintenance across the site.
• Complete all maintenance tasks in line with the daily engineering schedule.
• Identify and request replacement parts required for repairs, following up where necessary.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and engineering documentation.<br />Benefits

• Opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer offering long-term career development and progression.<br />Requirements<br />We're looking for experienced Multi Skilled Engineers with either a strong electrical or mechanical bias, who are confident working within a fast-paced food manufacturing.<br />Qualifications
• Recognised engineering qualification.
• Minimum NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
