IDR is seeking a Assembly, Integration, and Test IPT (QRF) to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Louisville. This role offers the chance to work within a leading organization in the aerospace industry, focusing on the assembly, integration, and testing of high-reliability hardware.

Position Overview for the Assembly, Integration, and Test IPT (QRF):

• Responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams through build, checkout, and anomaly resolution processes for complex aerospace hardware.
• Develop, review, and approve integration/test procedures, verification reports, and readiness packages.
• Support environmental and system verification activities such as thermal/vacuum, vibration, and optical tests.
• Ensure compliance with configuration control, safety, quality standards, and hardware handling procedures.
• Communicate test status, risks, and recovery plans effectively to technical teams and program leadership.

Requirements for the Assembly, Integration, and Test IPT (QRF):

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in assembly, integration, test, verification, or systems test for complex hardware.
• Experience with aerospace hardware integration, environmental testing, and high-reliability hardware delivery.
• Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary integration/test teams through build, checkout, anomaly resolution, and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of configuration control, test discipline, safety, quality, and hardware handling.
