About the Role Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Training & eLearning Developer with hands-on Adobe Captivate experience to support training, knowledge development, and user adoption for a global supply chain system. This role combines instructor-led system training with the development of interactive eLearning, tutorials, job aids, reference materials, and other knowledge resources. Hands-on experience developing interactive training content in Adobe Captivate is required. This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active Secret security clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate training for users of a global supply chain system.
• Develop and maintain training, knowledge, and reference materials.
• Create clear, user-friendly paper-based training documentation.
• Design and develop interactive training tutorials using Adobe Captivate.
• Develop training content that improves user understanding, adoption, and effective use of system capabilities.
• Support the delivery and ongoing availability of training and knowledge resources. Minimum Qualifications
• U.S. Citizen.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing interactive eLearning/tutorials in Adobe Captivate.
• Experience developing system training, instructional content, job aids, and reference materials.
• Experience facilitating user or system training.
• Ability to translate technical system functionality into clear, user-friendly learning content. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and comfortable developing and delivering training materials in multiple formats. Key indicators of success include:

Location: Washington, DC Work Arrangement: Hybrid, primarily remote with 1-2 days per week in office
