The Role

• Independently operate linear accelerators (LINAC) ensuring a smooth radiation therapy process.
• Perform 4-D simulations and utilize image-guided procedures for optimal radiation planning.
• Provide compassionate and professional support to patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Work within a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning and medical advancement.

What You'll Need

• Completed and state-recognized training as a Medical-Technical Radiology Assistant (MTRA) or comparable qualification.
• Current radiation protection certification (Strahlenschutzverordnung).
• Preferably, some practical experience in radiation therapy.
• Empathy, friendliness, and respect towards patients, with the ability to remain composed in challenging situations.
• Independent, structured, and conscientious work ethic, both individually and as part of a team.
• Clear, appreciative communication style and a high degree of service orientation.
