Job Description

Qualifications & Responsibilities
  • Hands-on development experience in a Pega Development project, with around 8 years of experience using Case Management, Customer Service, and Constellation frameworks.
  • Experience Mapping Business Processes
  • Experience with CASE development
  • Experience with Pega Cosmos (ver 8.6 and above)
  • 6+ years' experience in the design and implementation of PRPC-based solutions
  • Pega Senior System Architect SSA is responsible for the design and development of business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks.
  • Develop and demonstrate knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features.
  • Better to have Theme Cosmos knowledge or experience.
  • Better to have experience with integrations
  • Experience with new Pega Capabilities of Version 8.x
  • Proficient in integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of various Pega PRPC concepts and rule types like Activities, Functions, Data Transforms, Authentication Service, Reporting, Agents, and Ruleset Management
  • Experience in converting Pega Agents to Job Schedulers background process using Queue Processor
  • Experience in implementing the archival and purge process.
  • Excellent skills in any of the RDBMS tools like Oracle, MSSQL, DB2, and should be proficient in SQL commands
  • Support testing and deployment cycles
  • Partner with solution architect(s) and the PEGA COE to deliver architecture compliance guidelines, security requirements, and design and development standards.
  • Ensure development of robust, scalable technical solutions with reusable components/common elements
  • Support development teams with the technical design of the user stories
  • Guide developers in troubleshooting and fixing PEGA issues.
  • Experience with object-oriented design principles and design patterns - must be able to apply industry-standard solutions to resolve problems with a simple, organized design. using industry standard practices.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for the design, creation, and testing of programs.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members, support personnel, and clients.
