The Role

• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including recalibration of driver-assistance systems.
• Assume the role of "Workshop Manager (HWK)" responsible for technical operations, adherence to company standards, and daily scheduling.
• Provide exceptional customer service from order intake to vehicle handover.
• Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the processing of incoming orders.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit-relevant standards are met.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, with several years of professional experience.
• Experience as a master automotive technician, automotive mechatronics technician, automotive mechanic, or body shop specialist.
• Willingness to complete a proficiency test or already hold the "Workshop Manager (HWK)" qualification.
• A valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and PC proficiency.
• Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, in a team, and foster trusting collaboration.
