Were working with a well-established Managed Service Provider (MSP) in South West London that delivers high-quality IT services to a broad portfolio of SME and enterprise customers. Due to continued growth, they're looking to recruit a Senior IT Network Engineer to join their experienced technical team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced infrastructure and networking professional who enjoys combining hands-on technical support with project delivery. You'll act as a senior technical escalation point, leading customer projects while designing, implementing, and supporting modern Microsoft cloud and networking solutions.

You'll be involved in a wide variety of infrastructure projects including Microsoft 365 deployments, Azure and Entra ID administration, cloud migrations, network upgrades, security improvements, firewall deployments, and virtualisation projects. You'll also work closely with customers, providing technical guidance, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to pre-sales and solution design activities.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years' experience working within an MSP environment
• Strong Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune & Entra ID experience
• Windows Server, Active Directory & Group Policy administration
• Strong networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, Routing & Firewalling
• Experience configuring and supporting firewalls, switches and wireless networks
• Hyper-V virtualisation
• PowerShell scripting and automation
• Experience delivering infrastructure projects and cloud migrations
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills
• MSP experience is highly desirable but not essential
