The Role

• Lead a team of service technicians responsible for vehicle glass repair and replacement, including ADAS calibration.
• Take on the responsibility of a "Betriebsleiter (HWK)" (Operations Manager), overseeing technical-operational aspects and upholding company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service from initial contact to vehicle handover, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the scheduling and processing of incoming orders.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure adherence to audit standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a craft trade, with a preference for experience as an automotive mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to undergo a proficiency test or already possess "Betriebsleiter (HWK)" qualification.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and proficient PC skills.
• Strong customer focus, service orientation, and excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively within a team, and maintain trust.
• Good command of the German language.
