Role Summary

We are seeking experienced Product Managers to help client Product Manager teams adopt AI-enabled and agentic ways of working across the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC).

This is a hands-on coaching role focused on Product Managers, Product Owners, and delivery teams. The coach will work directly with teams to use agents and skills to improve product discovery, backlog management, prioritization, experimentation, and product delivery

This is not an executive transformation role. Candidates must demonstrate practical experience using AI in day-to-day product management activities and the ability to train teams on those workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Product Team Coaching

• Coach Product Managers and Product Owners on modern product management practices.
• Improve team effectiveness across discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, and delivery.
• Facilitate product workshops, backlog reviews, and sprint planning sessions.

AI-Enabled Product Development

• Apply AI tools to accelerate product management workflows.
• Coach teams in the use of AI for:
• Product Requirements Documents (PRDs)
• User story creation
• Acceptance criteria generation
• Backlog refinement
• Customer research synthesis
• Product roadmap development

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Strong experience in:
• Agentic Product Discovery
• Agile Product Management
• Kanban
• Product Roadmapping
• Product Delivery
• Product Operating Models
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in product management workflows.
• Demonstrated experience experimenting with AI-enabled product development approaches.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Desired AI Tool Experience

Experience with one or more:

• Claude Code
• Claude Design
• Figma
• Cursor
• Devin

Success Profile

Candidates should be able to demonstrate:

• How they use AI in daily product management work.
• Examples of AI-generated product artifacts.
• Experience training product teams on AI-enabled workflows.
