Sales Administrator
Salary: £26,000 basic + £4,000 commission (OTE £30,000)
Hours: Full-time
Location: Fleet, hybrid after training period
We re looking for a Sales Administrator to join a growing and fast-paced organisation based in Fleet.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in administration, customer service or sales support who enjoys working in a busy environment. You ll become part of a supportive and ambitious team, providing essential sales administration while helping to manage quotations, customer renewals and orders.
With plenty of opportunity to learn and develop, this role would suit someone looking to take the next step in their career and become part of a successful and expanding business.
About the candidate
You ll be a confident and personable individual with previous experience in administration, customer service or sales support. Highly organised and self-motivated, you ll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working to deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
You ll have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach and excellent attention to detail. Good numerical skills are important, along with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
You ll enjoy being part of a team, bring a positive and flexible approach to your work and be keen to learn and develop. Previous experience preparing quotations or working with a CRM system would be an advantage, but isn t essential.
What you ll do
  • Prepare and manage quotations, renewals and customer orders
  • Track orders from start to finish, ensuring information is accurate and deadlines are met
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate information within the CRM system
  • Support the wider sales team with day-to-day administration and enquiries
  • Work to agreed KPIs and service levels
