We’re looking for a compassionate Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist who enjoys caring for children to join our Arlington team on a part-time basis, with room to grow!

What You’ll Do

• Provide preventive and restorative dental care for children within your training and experience.

• Create a welcoming, comfortable experience that helps young patients build confidence in the dental chair.

• Partner with parents and caregivers to explain treatment recommendations and encourage healthy habits at home.

• Collaborate with our clinical team to deliver thoughtful, coordinated patient care.

• Help create an environment where patients, families, and teammates feel valued.

What We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD degree and an active Texas dental license, or eligibility to obtain one.

• A general dentist with experience treating children; experience in a pediatric dental setting is preferred.

• A patient, encouraging approach and strong communication skills.

• A collaborative mindset and commitment to quality care.

• A desire to continue learning and growing professionally.
