Inside Channel Manager, Victoria

We're looking for an Inside Channel Manager to develop and grow our network of resellers in Australia. Based in our Melbourne office, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our presence in the region by fostering strong relationships and driving sales of our cutting-edge security technology solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and nurture relationships with resellers to increase Milestone software & hardware sales.

• Onboard and support new channel partners, helping them thrive in our ecosystem.

• Conduct engaging online demos & webinars for resellers and customers.

• Drive business growth through meaningful conversations & strategic sales calls with key partners.

• Document activities and track opportunities using Salesforce CRM.

• Collaborate with field sales teams to align strategy and maximize revenue.

• Travel occasionally within your region to build relationships and support partners.

What We’re Looking For

• A tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, IT, or a related field is preferred

• Experience in Inside Sales or Channel Partner Management.

• A background in technology, SaaS, or security solutions is a plus!

• Strong communication & relationship-building skills.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving results.

• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a bonus).

• A problem solver with a customer-first mindset.
