Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Shape Requirements That Drive Solutions:
  • Gather and document detailed business and functional requirements for new systems and enhancements, ensuring every project starts on solid ground.

  • Take ownership of small to medium projects, coordinating stakeholders and IT teams to keep initiatives on track and aligned with business goals.
• Champion Quality:
  • Support test planning, execution, and evaluation while managing defects, helping to ensure every solution meets the highest standards before launch.
• Drive Continuous Improvement:
  • Analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend practical solutions that boost efficiency across the business.
• Collaborate Across Teams:
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, architects, and product owners, building relationships that turn ideas into results.
• Turn Data Into Insight:
  • Define BI reports and data analysis that give business customers the clarity they need to make smart decisions.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in CS or related field preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years as a Business Analyst, experience with web/GUI apps, large/mid-size environments.
• Technical Skills: Experience with workflow automation, basic scripting, SQL/reporting, Agentic AI, representative facing applications, CRM.
• Methodologies: Familiarity with TM Forum, Agile, industry best practices, and standards.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership.
