Job Description

Role 1: Senior Process Architect / Process Architect
Title: Senior Process Architect – Card Issuer Operations Transformation
Location : Las Vegas, NV ( 3 to 4 days onsite)

Role Overview:
Seeking a Senior Process Architect to lead process transformation for a large-scale unified case management program within a major credit card issuer. This role will own current-state and future-state process architecture across fraud, disputes, collections, servicing, compliance, payments, and originations. The ideal candidate will drive process discovery, redesign operating models, define workflow requirements, and bridge business operations with technology teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead process discovery workshops with business SMEs, operations leaders, and compliance teams.
  • Document current-state and future-state processes, including workflows, RACI, system touchpoints, exceptions, and SLAs.
  • Analyze and prioritize processes based on business value, efficiency, risk, compliance, and integration complexity.
  • Design future-state processes for case management platforms and translate requirements into functional specifications.
  • Define workflow logic, routing rules, SLA configurations, and integration requirements.
  • Partner with architecture and technology teams to ensure process designs align with platform capabilities.
  • Manage process governance, documentation standards, and executive-level reporting.
Required Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience in process architecture, business analysis, or operational transformation.
  • 5+ years within financial services, preferably credit card or consumer lending.
  • Experience with fraud, disputes, collections, servicing, payments, or compliance operations.
  • Experience leading large-scale process discovery initiatives (100+ processes).
  • Knowledge of banking regulations including Reg E, Reg Z, FCRA, FDCPA, CFPB.
  • Experience designing processes for BPM/case management platforms (Pega, Appian, or similar).
  • Strong process modeling skills using Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent.
  • Executive stakeholder management experience.
Preferred:
  • Credit card platforms (TSYS, FDR/First Data, Hogan, FIS).
  • Bureau interfaces (e-OSCAR, Metro 2, ACDV/AUD).
  • Collections/bankruptcy workflows.
  • Six Sigma certification.
  • Process mining tools (Celonis).
