Key Requirements

• Strong SAP FI expertise, with a broad understanding of SAP CO and cross-module integration within complex SAP environments.

• Proven experience in SAP HR-FI integration, including payroll, travel and expense management, and related financial processes.

• Experience in complex SAP solution design, template management and enterprise-wide system implementations.

• Knowledge of SAP HR processes, including employee master data, time recording and attendance/absence management, would be advantageous.

• Strong stakeholder management, requirements gathering and cross-functional coordination skills, with an understanding of IT governance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, development and maintenance of standardised SAP FI solutions, ensuring consistency across business processes and systems.

• Lead complex SAP solution design activities, translating business requirements into scalable solutions across multiple SAP modules.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams and functional specialists to gather requirements and align cross-functional solutions.

• Coordinate solution design activities, reviews and approvals in accordance with established IT governance and quality standards.

• Manage outstanding system changes, requirements and design activities across multiple implementations, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budgets and quality expectations.
