Our teams recruit across the UK and US, with our US Advanced Mobility team based in our Bristol office and recruiting directly into the US market.

What you'll be doing

• Winning new business and booking client meetings
• Building relationships with technology businesses and hiring managers
• Sourcing and qualifying candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and networking
• Negotiating deals and commercial terms
• Managing recruitment from first conversation to placement
• Developing your market knowledge and professional network
• Working towards individual and team targets
