Logistics / Inventory Coordinator - Memphis

Inventory/Logistics Coordinator: 

This person will be focused on logistics, inventory control, asset tracking, and coordination activities. 100% onsite in Memphis, TN. Must be a US citizen.

Scope of Role: 

Dedicated Logistics Coordinators responsible for:

• Inventory management and control.
• Asset tracking and reconciliation.
• Shipping and receiving coordination.
• Pickup and delivery scheduling.
• Customer logistics engagement.
• Warehouse coordination.
• Freight carrier management and escalation.
• Hospital rack inventory management.
• Node movement documentation and chain-of-custody tracking.
• Inventory audits and discrepancy resolution.
• Logistics reporting and status tracking.

Desired Outcome:

• Improve inventory accuracy and accountability.
• Increase shipment visibility and tracking compliance.
• Reduce deployment delays related to logistics constraints.
• Allow technical OSE resources to remain focused on installation, repair, and customer-facing activities.
• Improve coordination between customer logistics teams, field operations, and warehouse operations.

• Local to Memphis area
• Onsite hours - 8am – 5pm / 40hrs weekly - w/ possible need for shift / OT / weekend work during peak deployment periods
• Passing background check/drug test
• Must be a US citizen
