The Role

• Operate specialized heavy equipment like hostlers, cranes, and top loaders to move shipping containers.
• Load and unload shipping containers from railcars and trucks efficiently and safely.
• Drive hostlers to position containers and chassis within the intermodal yard.
• Conduct pre- and post-operation equipment inspections to ensure safety and functionality.
• Coordinate container moves and tasks with yard personnel and supervisors for seamless operations.
• Adhere to established safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.

What You'll Need

• A valid driver’s license is mandatory for consideration.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong commitment to safety and meticulous attention to detail.
