Cybersecurity Engineer

8+ years of Cybersecurity experience with SIEM/Splunk, including threat monitoring, detection, investigation, and incident response.
Strong Splunk expertise, including writing SPL queries, creating correlation searches, alerts, dashboards, and tuning detections to reduce false positives.
Experience with threat hunting and security operations, analyzing logs, investigating incidents, and collaborating with IT/network teams to remediate threats.
Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, EDR, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform), and security frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, HIPAA, or SOC 2.
Bachelor s degree in a related field and preferred Splunk certifications (Splunk Core Certified User or Advanced Power User).
