We are hiring for a leading construction management firm renowned for pioneering large-scale, iconic projects across the UK. Currently, we are seeking a Package Engineer to contribute to a landmark urban wellbeing resort development valued at over £450 million, combining unprecedented leisure facilities with a focus on innovation and client impact.

The Role

• Manage trade-contractor packages within the infrastructure and substructure teams, leading engineers and subcontractors.
• Ensure all works within your package are planned, safe, and the site is organised.
• Develop and implement short-term programmes and phase plans to accelerate works or mitigate issues.
• Monitor progress, analyse performance metrics, and report on programme implications.
• Oversee the technical aspects and compliance of the package with contract documents, specifications, and drawings.
• Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans, and conduct quality inspections.

What You'll Need

• Strong leadership skills and a "boots on the ground" mentality.
• Proven experience delivering multi-million-pound building projects.
• Experience managing structural steelwork and facade packages, including sub-contractors.
• Familiarity with project planning, progress monitoring, and reporting.
• Knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant standards.
• Experience with NEC contracts and managing associated notices and events is desirable.
