. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products and services. Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Document each customer contact in eAgent. Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program. Generating insurance quotes. Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.

Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets. Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management. Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases. Requirements
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Create relationships from a cold start. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Confident, self-starter who works well independently. Must have ability to multi-task.
