Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Mechanical Maintenance Engineer. We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established and growing building services company, covering the London area.

This is a hands-on position carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of mechanical building services and M&E systems. You'll be responsible for fault finding, servicing and maintaining mechanical plant while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The Role As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance<br />Servicing and maintaining mechanical plant and building services equipment<br />Fault finding and diagnosing mechanical issues<br />Servicing pumps and pressurisation units<br />Carrying out routine service inspections in accordance with PPM schedules<br />Responding to breakdowns and call-outs<br />Identifying faults and completing necessary remedial works<br />Producing reports and relevant certification<br />Completing and maintaining site logbooks<br />Ensuring work complies with Health &amp; Safety requirements and risk assessments<br />Liaising with customers and tenants while on site<br />Supporting small works and projects where required<br />Minimising repeat visits through effective fault diagnosis and repairWhat We're Looking For You should have previous experience working within mechanical building services, facilities management or an M&amp;E maintenance environment.

Ideally, you will have:
