China Construction Bank opened its Zurich Branch in 2016, becoming the first Chinese bank in Switzerland and the only RMB clearing bank for Switzerland. Our goal is to provide reliable, high-quality, and efficient financial services to Swiss companies with business relations in China and Chinese companies with business relations in Switzerland. We primarily focus on corporate banking for top companies from selected industries, large and medium-sized clients, and support their trade and investment relationships. Additionally, we are also developing our business with medium-sized, family-owned Swiss companies to help them establish their presence in the Chinese market. Our offerings include commercial lending, trade finance, treasury, RMB clearing and settlement, RMB Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (RQFII), and other banking products and service. Financial Institutions RM Assistant

We are looking for a highly motivated and engaged Financial Institutions RM Assistant.

Your main responsibilities

• Assist in establishing and maintaining business relationships with existing clients and prospects in line with the overall mandate.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating client meetings.
• Assist in planning and executing client events.
• Assist with data analysis and the preparation of internal reports for FI clients.
• Assist with KYC processes, including client onboarding, periodic reviews, and event-driven reviews.
• Assist in managing the credit process, including the preparation of credit ratings and credit applications.
• Assist with AML-related responsibilities, including monitoring, analysis, commentary, and the assessment of adverse media relating to clients.
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the FI Senior RM and the FI team.

Your qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a financial institution, preferably in corporate banking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
• Strong risk awareness and sound judgment.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex regulatory requirements clearly and effectively.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and spoken in Mandarin and English; is an advantage.
