Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Hybrid)

Role Overview
We are seeking an AI Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-powered automation. This role will focus on designing, developing, and implementing enterprise AI solutions. The position involves leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI services, and modern AI technologies to enhance productivity, automate business processes, and drive innovation.
Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
Experience: Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, cloud engineering, or automation. This includes 2+ years of experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or Microsoft Copilot technologies and a background in delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions in complex environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift and containers.
• Experience implementing AI solutions in highly regulated environments.
• Knowledge of AI security, model risk management, and governance frameworks.
