The Role

• Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to electronic security systems both independently and as part of a team.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize system availability.
• Perform routine configuration changes on security systems.
• Document all system modifications accurately through a digital change control system.
• Conduct end-to-end testing for upgrades and major modifications before deployment.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment.
• Strong knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarms, intrusion, and fire alarm systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and an understanding of network communications and IP addressing.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and time management skills.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
