Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise reporting, business intelligence, and data analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, Power BI, data engineering, reporting automation, and enterprise analytics to deliver scalable data solutions that support executive decision-making and business operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise dashboards, scorecards, and business intelligence solutions.
• Build standardized operational, portfolio, and executive reports.
• Develop KPIs, performance metrics, and interactive Power BI dashboards.
• Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Design and maintain enterprise data pipelines integrating multiple data sources.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformation processes.
• Create scalable data models for reporting and analytics.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across reporting environments.
• Analyze operational, financial, portfolio, and governance data to identify trends and business insights.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical reporting solutions.
• Document reporting standards, metadata, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to improve reporting and analytics capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Strong experience with enterprise reporting and business intelligence development.
• Hands-on experience with SQL development, query optimization, and data modeling.
• Experience developing dashboards using Microsoft Power BI or similar BI platforms.
• Experience integrating and transforming data from multiple enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience gathering business requirements and defining reporting metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
