This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer to secure ongoing work with excellent hourly rates and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities<br />Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a commercial site.<br />Responding promptly to emergency call-outs and resolving faults efficiently.<br />Undertaking a variety of mechanical and electrical duties, including:

Minor installations and electrical fault-finding<br />Lamp and ballast replacements<br />Control panel inspections and maintenance<br />Power distribution checks<br />Emergency lighting tests and repairs<br />Servicing air conditioning systems (AHUs and FCUs), including filter changes and cleaning.<br />Monitoring and resetting chillers.<br />Performing routine water treatment tasks, including temperature checks and monitoring.<br />Maintaining pumps and motors.<br />Taking regular readings from Building Management Systems (BMS) and UPS systems.Candidate Requirements<br />Recognised mechanical trade qualification (e.g.
