Sr. CNO Software Developer with Security Clearance

We are seeking a Senior CNO Developer to drive the design and development of advanced, low-level cyber capabilities for critical homeland security applications.

Key Responsibilities

▪ Capability Development: Design, build, test, and debug custom low-level software and hardware-focused CNO solutions from concept to deployment.
▪ Full Lifecycle Engineering: Manage the complete software development lifecycle, including technical documentation, system integration, and rigorous testing against software standards.
▪ Security & Network Analysis: Apply deep expertise in security architectures, core network protocols, and operational security principles to system design.
▪ Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate development status, technical risks, and project milestones to engineering leadership and end customers.

Technical Requirements

▪ Programming Mastery: Strong hands-on proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
▪ Domain Expertise: Proven track record in CNO (Computer Network Operations) capability development.
▪ Low-Level Internals: Deep familiarity with OS internals in at least one area: Windows, Unix/Linux, Mobile platforms, or Network Infrastructure devices.
▪ Networking: Solid foundation in TCP/IP protocols and socket-level network programming.
▪ System Diagnostics: Advanced reverse engineering, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.

Experience & Education

▪ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline + 7 years of relevant engineering experience.
▪ Alternative Experience: 10+ years of direct, relevant experience in lieu of a four-year degree.

Clearance Requirement

▪ Must possess an active, fully adjudicated TS/SCI with a recent CI Polygraph.
