Bring a policy perspective to complex product and platform decisions and translate policy considerations into clear, actionable recommendations.
Monitor regulatory, technology, and platform-policy developments relevant to Higgsfield and advise internal stakeholders on potential impact.
Identify emerging policy risks and opportunities and help the company develop thoughtful positions and responses.
Partner closely with Legal, Product, Communications, and leadership to align on sensitive or complex policy matters.
Support Higgsfield's external policy positioning on issues that may attract regulatory, public, or media attention.
Requirements:
10+ years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in a substantive policy role at a relevant technology or platform company.
Significant experience advising on technology, platform, product, or content-related policy issues.
Experience working within or closely alongside product teams and advising on decisions with regulatory, safety, reputational, or public-policy implications.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex policy and regulatory developments into practical recommendations for business and product leaders.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize multiple perspectives, identify tradeoffs, and develop clear recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating complex issues to senior stakeholders.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience partnering with Legal, Product, Communications, and other business teams.
Experience operating independently at a senior level and taking ownership of complex, ambiguous policy issues.
Nice to have:
Experience at a major social media, consumer technology, or online platform company.
Experience with AI-related policy issues.
Experience working in government, regulatory, or other public-sector environments.
Legal training or experience working closely with legal teams.

Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees professionally and personally, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and additional benefits and perks.
The opportunity to work on ambitious AI products alongside a highly experienced, fast-moving, and international team.
Significant ownership, direct impact, and opportunities for professional growth as the company scales.
This is a fully remote role based in the United States, with occasional business travel to our San Francisco office required for team meetings, planning sessions, company events, and other in-person collaboration.
