BMS Service Engineer

Location: Central London / Greater London
Salary: £50,000+ + Company Car or Car Allowance

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced BMS Service Engineer to join a growing team working across a range of smart, sustainable and high-performance commercial buildings throughout Central London.

You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and fault-finding BMS/BEMS systems, working directly with clients and alongside other engineers and contractors to ensure systems are operating efficiently and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

• Service and maintain BMS control systems across commercial and industrial sites
• Carry out PPM, reactive maintenance and small project works
• Diagnose and resolve complex BMS faults and technical issues
• Complete system checks and diagnostics to optimise performance
• Respond to client requests professionally and efficiently
• Work alongside engineers, contractors and clients to deliver high-quality service
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and service activity
• Stay up to date with the latest BMS technologies and industry developments
• Participate in the on-call rota
• Attend training and development opportunities to expand your technical expertise

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a BMS Service Engineer
• Strong technical knowledge of BMS/BEMS systems
• Experience with at least two of the following:
  • Tridium
  • Distech
  • Schneider
  • Delta
  • Centraline
  • KNX
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to work independently while also being part of a wider engineering team
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rota
