Founding Engineer

You'll build the core product that controls billions in energy assets:

• Backend systems for real-time optimization and forecasting

• Frontend for battery operators and industrial customers

• Infrastructure to scale across thousands of battery systems

Qualifications

• Experience in a full-stack engineering role, building production applications

• Frontend development skills with JavaScript/TypeScript, React (preferably with Next.js), and Tailwind CSS

• Solid backend development experience with Python and mixed integer optimizations

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)

• Speak fluently German because most of our customers only speak German

Don't worry if you don't have all of the above. We believe much more in the right mindset than the right experience. We happily teach you a lot and thus prefer fast-learners over high experience.
