Job Description

We are seeking a Data Analyst II to join our Client Experience (CX) team in League City, TX. This position actively designs, integrates, and maintains client data systems and analytical deliverables within the Client Experience (CX) Analytics & Operations function. The Data Analyst II executes data ingestion, hygiene, and reporting activities; supports the operation of client data infrastructure and connected systems including the Voice of Client (VOC) platform; and contributes to test, brand, marketing, and client research analyses. The position works collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across CX initiatives.

What You'll Do:
  • Creates and executes plans for data ingestion, transformation, and quality tasks within client data systems and connected platforms.
  • Supports client identity resolution and unique client identifier maintenance, including monitoring of data hygiene rules and exception handling.
  • Develops and maintains data flows, inclcuing complex and new flows, between client data systems and downstream or upstream systems, including the VOC platform (Qualtrics) and reporting environments.
  • Builds a variety of reports, dashboards, and basic analytical models to support CX, brand, and marketing initiatives, demonstrating creativity and customization for the intended audience
  • Performs in-depth quality assurance and validation of data and analytical deliverables for completeness and accuracy.
  • Documents data flows, business rules, and analytical processes for ongoing reference.
  • Responds to a variety of ad-hoc data and reporting requests from CX team members and business partners.
  • Creates and conducts tests and studies, including data preparation, baseline analyses, and documentation of study assumptions and limitations.
  • Participates in research, brand, and marketing studies in a supporting analytical capacity.
  • Tracks work from inception through development, testing, and end-user communication.
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Two to four years of experience.
  • Additional Qualifications:
    • Equivalent work experience in a business, analytical, or technical environment maybe considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
    • Experience working with data from multiple sources, building reports, and supporting analytical solutions.
    • Experience with data quality, data cleansing, and data transformation best practices.
    • Familiarity with structured testing and study methodologies, including hypothesis development and study documentation.
    • Advanced Excel knowledge.
    • Intermediate understanding of data modeling, testing, data visualization, and reporting concepts and tools.
    • Knowledge of basic business processes and the client experience lifecycle.
    • Familiarity with both on-premises and cloud-based data systems, tools, and services.
What Will Set You Apart:
  • Exposure to client data platforms and connected systems, or comparable MDM/Client 360 platforms.
  • Familiarity with Voice of Client (VOC) and survey platforms such as Qualtrics.
  • Experience writing basic Structured Query Language (SQL) and/or Python for data analysis.
  • Intermediate understanding of business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical, creative, and detail-oriented thinking skills.
  • Interest in evolving and improving client data and analytics capabilities over time.
