The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support. • Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members during breakdowns. • Handle a variety of tasks including battery changes, tyre replacements, and complex fault-finding. • Start and finish your day from home, tackling diverse automotive challenges. • Act as a proud ambassador, combining technical expertise with excellent member service. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A strong customer-focused approach and ability to remain calm under pressure. • A full UK driving licence. • A proactive problem-solver and people person, comfortable with varied tasks.
