Job Title: SAP Consultant (only W2)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant with 12+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in SAP implementation, customization, and support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP modules, system integration, and end-to-end project delivery.

Required Skills:

• 12+ years of SAP implementation and support experience.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Expertise in one or more SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, PP, WM, EWM, or HCM.
• Experience with SAP ABAP, CDS Views, OData, or Fiori (preferred).
• Knowledge of SAP integration technologies, IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and APIs.
• Experience in system configuration, customization, testing, and production support.
• Strong understanding of SAP best practices and Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement SAP solutions based on business requirements.
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and enhancement projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Develop functional and technical specifications.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user support.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.
• Ensure compliance with SAP standards and best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in code/design reviews.
