Job Description

Our client, a well-known energy provider, is actively hiring a Downstream Planner to join their team in El Paso, TX! This role will be fully onsite, and all candidates must be local.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of materials between suppliers and the plan while also expediting purchase orders and reviewing their vendor forecasts on a monthly basis. This team is looking for someone familiar with SAP and strong in Excel to join the team!

Contract Duration: 6 months

What you will be doing:
  • Follow up on SAP Planning order exceptions
  • Review whether orders are converted in SAP
  • Follow up on production order status and barriers
  • Create missing parts files

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business
  • Prior experience with material requirements planning, ERP/SAP, production scheduling, and inventory management
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel
Desired Skills:
  • Experience with SAP
