Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect with deep expertise in ETL/ELT pipeline design and the Snowflake AI Data Cloud platform In this role you will lead the strategy design and implementation of our enterprise data platform. You will bridge business requirements with cloud data architecture modernizing legacy data warehouses and constructing scalable, high-performance data integration pipelines

Key Responsibilities

Architecture Strategy Architect build and optimize scalable enterprise cloud data warehouses data lakes, and lakehouse platforms

Snowflake Design Design robust Snowflake architectures using advanced features including Snowpipe, Dynamic Tables, Streams Tasks Data Sharing and Snowpark

ETL/ELT Integration Lead end-to-end data integration strategies Architect scalable data pipelines using tools such as dbt, Apache Airflow Azure Data Factory Informatica or Talend

Data Modeling Establish conceptual logical and physical data models for high-throughput analytical workloads.

Performance Tuning Cost Control Optimize query performance warehouse sizing, and storage costs within Snowflake.

Governance Security: Implement enterprise data governance metadata management, and security patterns including Role-Based Access Control row-level security and data masking

Leadership Collaboration Partner with BI engineers data scientists and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into scalable technical pipelines

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

Overall Experience 10+ years of experience in data engineering enterprise architecture or large-scale data modeling.

Snowflake Expertise 4+ years of hands-on experience designing and optimizing Snowflake cloud data environments.

ETL/ELT Proficiency Deep experience in batch and real-time streaming ingestion

API-driven integrations, and orchestration tools Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience integrating Snowflake with AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform cloud infrastructures.

Database SQL: Expert-level SQL tuning, data warehousing principles and schema optimization

DevOps Automation Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Git and Infrastructure as Code

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications Snowflake SnowPro Advanced Architect or SnowPro Core certified

Migration Experience: Proven track record of modernizing on-premise legacy platforms to cloud platforms.
