Role: Lead Salesforce Developer (Amazon Connect)

Locations: New York, NY (Hybrid Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

F2F Interview MUST For Local Candidates

Note: Candidate needs to be in the office 3-4 Days every week. Local or candidates from adjacent states only.

Job Description:

• We need a lead Salesforce developer with proficiency in Apex, triggers, LWC, Aura, Flow, javascript, web service (primarily REST) and event-based integration.
• They must be able to guide the engineering team (both onshore and offshore), perform code reviews, set technical direction, and promote Salesforce development best practices.
• They must be able to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure technical designs on Salesforce.
• They will also oversee deployments, source control, and environment management across non-prod/prod orgs and help the team adhere to the CI/CD pipeline processes in place.
• The role requires experience in CTI integration - specifically integration with Salesforce Voice (via Amazon Connect).
• The lead developer must be able to configure the CTI solution, identify gaps between this solution and the previous CTI solution, and design/build customization as needed to close these gaps.
• They must also be able to assist with any necessary configuration/setup on the Amazon/AWS side to properly enable the solution.
