Engineering Director / Solution Architect

7+ years of IT design, development, and support, with enterprise application projects managed start to finish
Proven leadership of engineering teams, including distributed onshore/offshore delivery
Expert-level Microsoft development tools and languages, with a solution architecture certification (Azure preferred)
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering tools and practices
Skilled at identifying business problems and selecting the best technology solution for the circumstances
Degree in computer science or mathematics, or equivalent experience
Strong presentation and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences, up to leadership level
