The Role • Conduct and document release tests, including validation. • Monitor sterilization processes. • Perform and evaluate hygiene monitoring. • Manage laboratory inventory and stock of retained samples. • Assist with complaint investigations and product analysis. • Participate in quality planning and external audits. • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations. What You'll Need • Completed technical training as a chemical laboratory assistant, CTA, BTA, or equivalent qualification. • Initial professional experience in quality assurance. • Knowledge of laboratory techniques and microbiology is a plus. • Familiarity with relevant quality standards and regulations is desirable. • Proficiency in MS Office. • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills. • Strong quality awareness and teamwork abilities. • Independent, structured, and goal-oriented work approach with organizational skills.
