Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong Program Management expertise and technical experience in Embedded Development and Broadband technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex technical programs, coordinating geographically distributed teams, navigating multiple stakeholders, and driving successful program outcomes in an ambiguous environment.

The candidate should have strong technical understanding of the domain and be capable of representing technical teams in discussions, understanding technical issues and risks, and communicating program status effectively to senior leadership.

Program Management

• Manage program scope, timeline, budget, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Work with a large and diverse group of stakeholders to drive program outcomes.
• Navigate complex stakeholder relationships and resolve issues in ambiguous environments.
• Drive cross-functional programs from planning through successful delivery.
• Track program progress, issues, risks, and dependencies using JIRA.
• Coordinate with geographically distributed teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure program objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved within established timelines and budgets.

Technical Excellence

• Possess strong technical knowledge of relevant domains and technologies.
• Have experience with Embedded Development / Embedded Technologies.
• Have experience in the Broadband domain.
• Understand technical details, issues, risks, dependencies, and challenges faced by engineering teams.
• Represent technical teams effectively in technical and program-level discussions.
• Translate technical information into clear business and program-level communication.
• Work closely with engineering teams to identify and mitigate technical risks.

Leadership

• Drive cross-functional teams toward successful achievement of program goals.
• Lead large-scale programs involving geographically distributed teams.
• Establish alignment across engineering, product, business, and other stakeholder groups.
• Resolve conflicts, manage dependencies, and maintain program momentum.
• Present program status, risks, issues, milestones, and overall progress to senior leadership.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management capabilities.
