MES Process and System Engineer (m/f/d)

Mission Brief 

Help build the digital manufacturing backbone we need to scale production and get rockets into the air. You will turn fragmented processes into practical, scalable solutions that make a visible difference on the shopfloor.

Your Role in Our Space Mission: 

• Work with manufacturing teams to understand challenges and define clear, scalable target processes.
• Translate manufacturing needs into intuitive Tulip applications, digital workflows and reliable data structures.
• Build, test and release solutions that operators and engineers can rely on in daily production.
• Own solutions from initial discovery through training, documentation, support and continuous improvement.
• Proactively identify process improvements, new use cases and opportunities to create greater manufacturing impact.
• Keep the bigger system landscape in view and collaborate with Global IT on integrations with SAP, Teamcenter, machines and other systems.

Qualification Checklist 

• Experience in manufacturing, process engineering, MES or production digitalization.
• Hands-on experience building operational applications; Tulip experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to turn complex or fragmented processes into clear, scalable digital solutions.
• Understanding of manufacturing data flows and connected system landscapes.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail and curiosity to challenge existing approaches.
• Strong communication skills and professional proficiency in English; German is beneficial.
