Job Description

Hiring: Liquidity & Treasury Architect – Commercial Banking

Locations: Phoenix, AZ | Johnston, RI | Pittsburgh, PA (Onsite) Hybrid  / Remote

Key Requirements:

  • 12+ years of Banking Technology experience
  • 5+ years in Treasury, Liquidity, Cash Management, or ALM Architecture
  • Strong expertise in Commercial Banking, Treasury Operations & Cash Management
  • Experience with Liquidity Management, Cash Positioning, Intraday Liquidity Monitoring, Cash Pooling & Sweeps
  • Strong knowledge of Asset Liability Management (ALM), LCR, NSFR & Regulatory Reporting
  • Experience with Payments, SWIFT, RTP/FedNow, ACH & Corporate Treasury Services
  • Expertise in Cloud (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform), Microservices, APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, Kafka/MQ
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture, Data Architecture, Security & Integration
  • Experience with Treasury platforms such as FIS Quantum, Kyriba, Finastra, Murex, SAP Treasury, Oracle Treasury, or Bloomberg

Responsibilities:

  • Architect enterprise Treasury & Liquidity Management solutions
  • Design scalable cash management and ALM platforms
  • Lead treasury modernization using cloud-native and API-driven architectures
  • Integrate Core Banking, Payments, Treasury Systems, ERP, Risk Platforms, and Data Lakes
  • Ensure compliance with Basel III, LCR, NSFR, and regulatory reporting
  • Partner with Treasury, Risk, Operations, Product Owners, and Technology teams to deliver strategic initiatives

Preferred Certifications:

  • TOGAF
  • AWS/Azure Architect
  • CTP, CFA, or FRM
