Field Marketer

Renuity, a national home remodeling leader in baths, windows, doors, and more, is seeking a Field Marketer to drive local demand for our construction-focused home renovation services. In this on-site role, you'll engage homeowners in targeted neighborhoods, at events, and in retail or partner locations to generate qualified leads for our sales team. You'll present Renuity's value, schedule in-home consultations, and represent our customer-focused, performance-driven culture. Ideal candidates are outgoing, reliable, and motivated by goals, with field marketing, canvassing, or residential construction/home services experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners in targeted neighborhoods to promote Renuity's remodeling services
• Generate qualified leads and set in-home consultation appointments
• Staff local events, home shows, and retail or partner locations to attract prospects
• Clearly communicate Renuity's value, services, and customer experience
• Track leads and interactions using CRM or lead capture tools
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth handoff of leads
• Represent Renuity's professional, customer-focused brand in the field
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation goals
