Field Marketer

Renuity, a national home remodeling leader, seeks a Field Marketer to generate in-home consultation appointments for bath, window, door, and renovation projects. In this on-site role, you'll engage homeowners at events, in neighborhoods, and through local partnerships to promote Renuity's solutions. Responsibilities include canvassing, staffing events, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. You'll represent a customer-focused, performance-driven culture with clear goals, training, benefits, and opportunities to grow in sales or operations as the company expands nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads for remodeling projects through door-to-door canvassing and local outreach
• Represent Renuity at home shows, community events, and partner locations to engage homeowners
• Educate prospects on Renuity's bath, window, door, and renovation solutions
• Qualify homeowner interest and schedule in-home consultation appointments for the sales team
• Track leads and appointments accurately in CRM or lead capture tools
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead and appointment targets
• Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure smooth handoff and high-quality customer experience
• Maintain professional appearance and brand standards while working in the field
