Data Business Analyst

Job Summary:

You will lead discovery, own requirements, and be the connective tissue between our Finance, Operations, HR, IT, and executive teams and the technical architects and engineers who will build the future-state platform. Before a single integration is configured or a data warehouse layer is designed, you will have mapped what exists, where it lives, how it flows, and what the business actually needs.

The right candidate brings 5+ years of BA or data analyst experience, hands-on familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, financial platforms), and the ability to facilitate structured discovery with stakeholders at every level. Experience with modern cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, AWS) and data quality or MDM tools is a strong plus.
