Location: Preferably Melbourne, but candidates based in Sydney or Brisbane will also be considered.

Experience Level: Minimum 10 years Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced RPG Developer with expertise in RPGIII, RPGIV, and RPGILE to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial and/or insurance domains and the ability to work independently to meet defined deadlines. Experience with the I90 platform will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications written in RPGIII, RPGIV, and RPGILE.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines.
• Work independently to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Apply knowledge of the financial and/or insurance domain to align development with business requirements.
• Utilize expertise in the I90 platform (if applicable) to contribute to platform-related projects.

Mandatory Skills:

• RPG Development: Strong hands-on experience with RPGIII, RPGIV, and RPGILE.
• Domain Expertise: Knowledge of financial and/or insurance industries.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks within defined deadlines.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Experience working on the I90 platform.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience as an RPG Developer.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining RPG applications.
• Exposure to projects in the insurance domain is highly desirable.
