Temp Helpdesk Support

We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to start immediately.

• This is a contract position (at least a few months) on W2


• Up to 35/hour depending on the level of relevant experience


• 100% on site in Costa Mesa, CA


• Core business hour is 8 to 3:30 PM but can start as early as 7 AM


• Looking for someone who is strong in Tier 1 support, for about 150 users companywide, need to have strong experience in fixing printers, emails, M365, Remote Server Support, Windows 11 Pro, Mobile Phone Support, and any experience with MS SQL, MS Access, and any AI Tools/Application support would be a plus


• Given it is a small office environment, need someone who is very friendly, open minded, patient, an educator to the end user on how to use AI, etc. Everyone is very welcoming, so we need someone who has the same personality as well
