Job Title: Senior Java Developer
Location: Downey, CA (Onsite)
Duration: Contract -  12+ months (possible extension)
Pay Rate Range: $50 - $55.81 per hour (DOE)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to the design, development, testing, implementation, and support of complex applications.
• Develop and maintain Java web applications using JSP, Struts, Hibernate, MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Design and optimize Oracle database solutions using PL/SQL while supporting data structures, modeling, and transaction processing.
• Configure, integrate, test, debug, and support applications within enterprise systems environments.
• Develop technical documentation and ensure application quality, functionality, architecture, and security requirements are met.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming, including 4+ years in a lead capacity.
• 5+ years of Java development experience, including 2+ years of recent JSP and Struts development.
• Strong hands-on experience with JSP, Struts 1/2, Hibernate, MVC, Java, Oracle 12c+, Oracle 19c, PL/SQL, WebLogic 12c, Git, and Eclipse.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent qualifying experience.
