The Role

• Focus on closing deals with pre-qualified leads from one-call-close appointments.
• Strategize with the team and prepare for appointments scheduled from midday to evening.
• Negotiate and close deals tailored to homeowner needs, contributing to safeguarding homes.

What You'll Need

• No prior sales or construction experience is required; comprehensive training is provided.
• Availability to work midday, evening, and weekend appointments.
• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance for travel to client homes.
