Quisitive is looking for a Workstream Lead- Application Support Engineer to support and enhance our performance management platform. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will solve complex problems, mentor engineers, drive application improvements, and help deliver a reliable experience for customers around the world.

You will work across application support, software development, databases, integrations, and performance optimization while providing technical direction to the team.

What You'll Do

• Lead the resolution of complex application, database, integration, and performance issues.
• Serve as the technical escalation point for critical production and customer issues.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, troubleshooting, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance.
• Provide technical direction for application support, maintenance, and product enhancements.
• Design and develop application enhancements using C# and .NET.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL Server stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers.
• Support and improve ETL processes using SSIS and analytical solutions using SSAS and OLAP.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions that improve system stability.
• Partner with Product, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver features, fixes, upgrades, and releases.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and recommend improvements for scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Help establish development standards, support best practices, and operational processes.

What You'll Bring

7-10+ years of experience with:

• C# and .NET development
• SQL Server, T-SQL, and database performance tuning
• SSIS, SSAS, OLAP, and data integration technologies
• Enterprise application support and troubleshooting
• Production issue resolution and root cause analysis
• Technical leadership, mentoring, or leading engineering initiatives

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting HR, talent management, performance management, or other enterprise applications
• Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, IIS, and application deployments
• Experience modernizing or enhancing enterprise software platforms
